M7 Managed Services Ltd, offer a wide range of IT Services to our clients. These
services are primarily offered from the company's offices and twin data centres in Cardiff but also
include on-site services.
Application Managed Services
Applications including Syteline 7, Microsoft Exchange and other software vendors' applications can be
hosted on the multi-million pound IBM infrastructure within the Cardiff data centres.
Managed Network Services
Services include the design and development of a WAN environment with remote Network Management. Savings
can be made in both line rentals and support costs.
Managed Desktop Services
M7 will acquire, deploy, manage and maintain servers, desktops and laptops within a managed rental
programme reducing the total cost of ownership of end user computing.
Help Desk and Customer Support
Our national call centre takes 1st and 2nd level calls and can be integrated with other vendor support contracts as
appropriate.
Disaster Recovery
The twin data centres offer clients excellent DR facilities for both IT systems and critical staff. State of the art
IBM tape libraries also offer a cost effective off-site data storage and retrieval service.
Software Training
Held at the training centre in Cardiff, attendees benefit from one computer system per student and being taught
by experienced Microsoft trainers.
On-Site Consultancy, Trouble Shooting and One-to-One Skills Transfer
The M7 technical team have a proven track record in supporting customers in the field. On-site resources can
be ad-hoc or pre-booked on a monthly or annual basis.
