M7 Group Acquires WASP IT
Investment company M7 Group Ltd has acquired business assets and employees of WASP IT, the Cardiff based
Managed Services Provider recently entered into administration.
M7 Managed Services Ltd (the trading company of the M7 Group Ltd), has twin data centres running a range of
application software for its customers. Utilising 'Software as a Service' model (SaaS), the company hosts
applications based on an IBM and Cisco infrastructure. Other managed service solutions include Baan and
a wide range of Microsoft products, including a Managed Exchange service.
The company also designs and deploys IBM based infrastructure solutions for operation by the customer or by
M7 staff, at either the customers' site or from within the M7 data centre.
Operating Systems skills include Microsoft, AIX, Linux and OS/400, all which are supported by the M7 Level 1
and 2 call centre. Training courses and user group workshops are scheduled to take place the Cardiff HQ's

The managerial team of Neil Cornish and Guy James, have 25 years experience in growing and managing companies
in the IT sector, and 20 years in Financial Management respectively.
