Infrastructure Provision
Hosted, or running in your own premises; leased, rented or purchased. We can supply your IT exactly how and when you need it, and make sure it's financed in the most effective way. Why not host your servers in our data centres until yours are ready, then we'll migrate your applications? This approach can collapse your project time-scales, letting you perform application configuration, system test and user training while your own facilities are being provisioned. Wherever you want it, we can design and deliver state-of-the-art infrastructures for all sizes and types of task, and provide the best finance solution too.
Remote Management
Wherever your infrastructure is, we can cut your costs by providing systems and network management and service desk capability. We were a pioneer in deploying IBM's Express Remote Managed Infrastructure Services (ERMIS) to pro-actively monitor our customers' networks. This is complemented by management tools for hardware and applications which transmit a complete picture back to our Management Centre, where we can take pro-active and re-active action.
A benefit of this is often speed of provision- we have the technology and skills; we can start managing your estate very quickly. If you want to use us for a transition period until your own people and technology are ready, that's fine by us.
Capacity enhancement, tactical deployment.
Need a quick IT fix? We can quickly provision virtual server infrastructures to look after your demand peaks or other short-term requirements. You don't have to invest in equipment that will only be used at times of stress, or for a one-off project. Rent the capacity from us on-demand, and save money on hardware.
Disaster Recovery
Now you can think about the unthinkable, before its too late. Our centres are ideally positioned and equipped to provide you with the sort of disaster recovery your business will need in a crisis. We use IBM Softek Transparent Data Migration Facility (TDMF) and other tools to make sure our servers are ready to step in should the unthinkable happen.

Training
We have excellent training facilities, and excellent multi-skilled trainers in them. We can roll out Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP courses, and develop & deliver content tailored to your organisation's applications. Project Meetings
We have very nice facilities- We are always happy to host and facilitate project meetings in our Cardiff HQ. If you need to get people away from the office, we're a good choice. We often manage virtual meetings for geographically dispersed clients too.
